Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 13 June 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (the “AUP”) governs your use of the Revizly service (the “Service”) and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Terms. We may update this AUP at any time. We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend, restrict, or terminate access, and remove or disable content, at any time, with or without notice, in our sole discretion.

1. Prohibited Content

You must not use the Service to store, process, deliver, or transmit content that:

  • is unlawful, infringing, or violates intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
  • is child sexual abuse material or otherwise sexually exploits or endangers minors — we report such material to the appropriate authorities;
  • is defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, or incites violence;
  • contains malware, or is used for phishing, spoofing, or other deceptive or fraudulent activity;
  • violates any applicable export control, sanctions, or other law or regulation.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You must not, and must not permit anyone to:

  • access or use the Service to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or data, or to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without authorization;
  • interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including through denial-of-service attacks, flooding, or imposing an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
  • circumvent, disable, or attempt to circumvent any rate limits, quotas, capacity allocations, authentication, URL signing, billing, or other technical or usage restrictions;
  • use the Service as a general-purpose file host, content backup, or storage service unrelated to image and media delivery, or to serve content you are not authorized to serve;
  • resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted, or use it to build a competing service;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code, except to the extent permitted by law;
  • misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use another user’s account or credentials without authorization;
  • use the Service in any way that infringes, misappropriates, or violates any third-party right or any law.

3. Fair Use, Limits, and Capacity

The Service is subject to plan limits, rate limits, quotas, and capacity allocations. We may meter, throttle, queue, or reject requests; impose or change limits; and require an upgraded plan for higher usage. Excessive or abusive usage that degrades the Service for others may be limited or suspended.

4. Security and Responsible Disclosure

Protect your credentials, API keys, and signing keys, and promptly report any suspected security vulnerability or unauthorized use to [email protected]. Do not access, test, or disrupt systems or data you are not authorized to access.

5. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP are violations of the Terms. We may take any action we deem appropriate, including removing or disabling content, suspending or terminating accounts, throttling or limiting access, and reporting activity to law enforcement. We are not required to provide notice and are not liable for any action taken in good faith to enforce this AUP. Fees remain non-refundable as set out in the Terms.

6. Reporting Abuse

To report a violation of this AUP, contact [email protected] with sufficient detail to allow us to investigate.
